Account Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from Beauty Booking Biz, you can submit a deletion request via email.
What will be deleted?
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored:
- Your profile and personal information
- All bookings and client records
- Workplaces and service history
- Any other data associated with your account
How to delete your account?
Currently, account deletion is available only via email request.

Please include your registered email address and request for account deletion.
Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
What happens to active subscriptions?
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription manually through the App Store or Google Play before submitting a deletion request.
